At the Dominican Association of Sommeliers (ADS), we believe that continuing education is the foundation for the growth of every wine professional. Therefore, we develop and promote educational programs designed for all levels, from enthusiasts to practicing sommeliers seeking further specialization.

Sommelier Diploma
A comprehensive program aimed at those who wish to train as professional Sommeliers.
