Who are we?
Since 2003, the Dominican Sommelier Association (ADS) has been working tirelessly to professionalize wine service in the country.
We bring together sommeliers, students, educators, and wine enthusiasts who share a common mission: to strengthen and expand wine culture in the Dominican Republic.

We continue with the elimination rounds to choose the next Best Sommelier of the Dominican Republic 2025.

Another evening of excellence and passion for sommeliers, where we'll discover the next winner of the grand finale.

5th Semifinalist
Final semifinal to determine the sommeliers who will compete in the national final.
ASI Certification (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale)
Monday, September 29 – 4:00 PM
ASI Level 1 Certification
Assessment aimed at sommeliers seeking international accreditation
Tuesday, September 30 – 4:00 PM
ASI Level 2 Certification
A more demanding exam that certifies advanced sommelier skills.

We're looking for the best sommelier in the country in a competition that evaluates knowledge, technique, and passion.
